Slow down.
Let it all go.Sports massage.
Classic Swedish massage: long, flowing strokes that melt away stress, with a kinesiology-trained eye for where your body actually holds it.
- 5CLASSIC STROKES
- 60-90MIN SESSIONS
- 1:1PERSONAL PACE
Follow the circle. This is how it starts.
An hour that gives
something back.
Swedish is the classic for a reason. It is gentle, rhythmic and deeply calming, and it works for almost everyone.
Deep relaxation
Long, flowing strokes help your body step out of go-mode and into a calmer state.
Eased muscle tension
Gentle kneading softens tight shoulders, neck and back after long days.
A calmer mind
An hour away from screens and noise gives your mind room to settle.
A light, flowing feeling
Rhythmic strokes warm the tissue and leave you feeling loose and unhurried.
Wind down before rest
A relaxing session in the evening or after a busy week is a good reset for your routine.
Body awareness
Our kinesiology-trained eye notices where you hold tension, so those areas get extra attention.
Five strokes.
One calm rhythm.
Swedish massage is built from five classic techniques. Pick one to see what it is and how it feels.
Effleurage
Long, gliding strokes with the whole hand, used to open the session, link one area to the next and close it.
Petrissage
Kneading, lifting and gently squeezing the muscle, like working dough.
Friction
Small, focused circles with the thumbs or fingertips, used on specific spots.
Tapotement
Light, rhythmic tapping or cupping, used sparingly to wake up the tissue.
Vibration & shaking
Gentle rocking or shaking of the limb or muscle to loosen and release.
Your hour,
minute by minute.
A typical 60-minute flow. We adapt it to you on the day.
Settle in
A short check-in about how you feel, where you carry tension and which pressure you prefer. Then you relax under the sheet.
Back, neck & shoulders
The area where most of us hold stress gets the longest, most unhurried attention.
Legs & feet
Long strokes and kneading to ease the legs and bring the whole body into the same slow rhythm.
Arms & hands
Often forgotten and often tight, especially if you spend your day on a keyboard or phone.
A slow finish
Closing strokes, a moment to come back, water and a few words on how to keep the calm going.

Good to know.
What is Swedish massage?
It is a classic relaxation massage that uses long, flowing strokes, kneading and light rhythmic techniques to ease muscle tension and help you unwind.
Will I be undressed?
You undress to your comfort level and are covered with a sheet throughout. Only the area being worked is uncovered, and you are welcome to keep underwear on.
Which pressure will you use?
Swedish is usually light to medium. Tell us what you prefer at the start and speak up at any time to make it lighter or firmer.
How is it different from deep tissue?
Swedish is gentler and flowing, aimed at relaxation. Deep tissue is slower and firmer, aimed at deeper, long-held tension. Not sure? Start with Swedish. We can always go deeper.
How often should I come?
Many people come every few weeks to keep stress in check, others for a special reset. We will suggest what fits your routine.
Is it suitable for first-timers?
Absolutely. Swedish is the classic first massage, and we explain everything before we start.
Can I add recovery therapies?
Yes. Red light therapy, BEMER PEMF and bio-meridian activation can be added to a session. Ask when you book.
Is this medical treatment?
No. Our services are wellness services and are not a substitute for medical care. If you have an injury or a medical condition, please consult your doctor first.

unwind?
